1. Warranty Coverage

Quality Homes Siding LLC (“Contractor”) provides a five (5) year workmanship warranty on all siding installation, soffit, fascia, and exterior work performed.

This warranty covers defects in installation workmanship only, beginning from the project completion date.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty includes:

• Improper installation of siding, soffits, or fascia

• Issues caused by installation errors (loose panels, improper fastening, etc.)

• Work not completed according to standard installation practices

If a workmanship issue is confirmed, the Contractor will repair or correct the issue at no cost within a reasonable timeframe.

3. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Manufacturer defects (covered by manufacturer warranty)

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by:

  • Weather (storms, wind, hail, etc.)

  • Water intrusion not related to installation

  • Fire, pests, or natural disasters

• Improper maintenance or neglect

• Modifications, repairs, or alterations done by others

• Structural issues of the home not related to siding installation

4. Materials Warranty

All materials used are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, which is separate from this workmanship warranty. Quality Homes Siding LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects.

5. Homeowner Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, the homeowner agrees to:

• Perform normal maintenance and upkeep

• Notify the Contractor promptly of any issues

• Allow reasonable access for inspection and repairs

6. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Quality Homes Siding LLC.

7. Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, the homeowner must:

1. Contact Quality Homes Siding LLC in writing or by phone

2. Provide details and photos (if possible)

3. Allow inspection of the issue

The Contractor will evaluate and determine if the issue is covered under this warranty.
